What does the display e-11 mean?

Hello Kathy,
Thanks for your question. The E11 error code indicates a gas sensor problem. This may be due to a faulty wire harness, part number PS4226147, or PS4224098 for the gas sensor. These parts should only be installed or tested by a licensed technician, as the internal microwave components can contain electrical charges even when the machine is unplugged.

Hi William, Thank you for the question. The charcoal filters are located at the top of the appliance behind the grille vent. You can pull the grille off and pull the old filter out and push the new one in. Hope this helps!

I thought i ordered a charcoal filter but i ordered a grease filter. How do i cancel that. I need a charcoal filter

How often should this air filter needs to be replaced?

Hello Gerry, Thank you for your inquiry. The manufacturer recommends changing the charcoal filter at least once every 6 months. However if you notice frequent grease buildup or excessive odors, then it should be changed more frequently. We hope this helps.
