Hi Juan, Thank you for your question. If the elements are getting to hot the issue is likely the switches. I would check them with a multimeter to verify which one is causing the issue. Hi Maurice, thank you for your question. There are a couple of parts that could cause this issue specifically. You will need a multi meter to be able to test the parts. The first part you will want to check is your radiant element. It should be reading between 0 - 120 ohms to be working correctly. The other part to check would be your infinite (or surface burner) switch. When you remove that part from the appliance, connect each probe from your multi meter to the prongs and then turn the switch to an on position. If you get no continuity then the switch is the issue. Hi Dan, thank you for your question. There are a few parts that could cause this issue in your appliance. First I would say test your elements with a multi meter to see if they are working correctly or not. They should be reading between 0 - 50 ohms to be working correctly. The other part you should check would be your oven temperature sensor. That can also be tested with a multi meter and should be reading between 1000 - 1100 ohms. If those three parts are fine however, then the issue may be in your control board. Good luck with your repair.

Hi Dan, Thank you for the question. The SE is the error code for a shorted key.Unplug the range. Open the control console and make sure that the wire harness is plugged into the oven electronic control board properly. Check the wire harness for damage. If the wire harness is okay, replace the control panel. If the problem persists, replace the electronic control board. Hope this helps!

Hi Beth, Thank you for your questions. If the burner is not coming on, I would check both the burner and the burner switch to verify which part is causing the issue. If there are bars missing on the display you will need to replace the electronic control board. Also, if one of the indicator light is staying on when the burner is off, you may need to replace it, but I would check each of the burner switches first as they can also cause this issue.
