Easy to install. Fully functional, even though I guessed at the wrong one... details?
A piece broke off the right rail, so i figured that it was likely time to replace both of them. The original part had a dip at the end, with something that looked like it would fit onto it. The piece I ordered was not that one, and I am happy with the one I received. It seems fully functional.

It was broken in the front part that hooked in the hole

Replaced interior door bin parts and meat drawer and brackets.
I replace door bins and the meat drawer and brackets.
Removed the meat drawer and shelf from refrigerator. Removed 1 screw from right side rail. Slid rail forward and removed from slot. Inserted new rail into slot, and aligned with screw hole. Installed screw. Repeated process on left side rail. Reinstalled shelf into slots and slid meat drawer into place.

Hardest thing was to take all the the items and food off the shelf... Unscrew the old rails and screw on the new ones.... Put all that stuff back on the shelf.
drawer rails cracked/broken/will not support drawer
Remove everything from shelf drawer is under. Remove everything in drawer. Remove the drawer itself. Remove the shelf the drawer slides underneath of by lifting front of shelf until legs unhook, then wiggle or gently pull until it releases from pieces legs hook into (each leg has one hook). Shelf should pull out with rails and legs attach
... Read moreed. Remove screw with philips head screwdriver. I used a Stanley brand nut driver with philips and flathead bits included, $5 at Wal-Mart. Remove the screw holding the rail and leg together. Remove rail and replace with like part. Install screw. Hang shelf. Install drawer. Put all yer stuff back on shelf and in drawer. $50 cause step-son's kids like to pull out drawer and hang on it, go figure. Very simple fix. Do not lose screw! I put all my parts (drawer, shelf, rails, screw) on my kitchen counter. Mate your rail by aligning flat side of rail to inside flat surface of leg. Takes about five minutes. I would say good luck but you will not need it. Thank you PartsSelect for having such a user-friendly website!
Backed one screw off each side of the shelf brackets, snapped old ones out, snapped new ones in and replaced the screw. Spend more time taking food off the shelf than it did to make the repair
pulled the draw out ,then unloaded shelf, removed shelf and unscrewed rails. I slid the rails of and put the new ones on screwed them back on and reassembled the drawer and shelf

I need a meat drawer rails. Is the right/left side determined by looking at the fridge from the front or from inside the fridge?
For model number FGHS2342LF3
Hello Kevin, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the meat drawer rail for the right side is part number PS430126, and for the left side is part number PS430245. Left or right side can be determined by looking the unit from the front. Glad to be of assistance!
