Icemaker works. Water dispenser does not
For model number lgus2642lf2
Hi Larry,
Thank you for your question. If the dispenser is not dispensing water, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the water inlet valve, the water filter, the water tube, the defrost thermostat and the water filter base. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

The refrigerator lever that dispenses water and ice but does not come back I have to manually pull it forward to keep the ice and water from dispensing.
For model number FGHS2655PF2
Hi Chuck, you may want to try replacing the lever arm. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!
The water dispenser line keeps freezing. What could be the issue? The ice blockage is about midway between the outlet and the bottom of the freezer door.
For model number EI23CS65KS2
Hello Kurt, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our research, this issue often occurs if the freezer is getting excessively cold. We would recommend adjusting the freezer temperature. You may need to thaw the water line using a hairdryer to unfreeze it. If the issue does not get resolved, then we would recommend replacing the water line, part number PS429430. We hope this helps.
Water dispenser appears to be frozen but the ice maker works and dispenses.
I replaced the valve assembly in the rear with not change.
The hose that connects at the bottom does get water and again we are making ice but not dispensing water.
Any suggestions? Is there anything in the door as I was able to stick a wire down the water hose and it appears to stop about a foot down and sounds like metal?
For model number FGUS2647LF3
Hello John, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, we would recommend checking the water supply line for clogging. If it is fine, then the issue is most probably with the user control and display board, part number PS3503319. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. Glad to be of assistance!
I replaced the ice maker dispenser heater kit and still have the frost developing ??? is there a relay or something that I can replace maybe . the old heater passed a continuity test so it has to be in my opinion not getting the voltage/current necessary to operate ??
For model number FGHC2344KF1
Hello Daniel, than you for your question. If the damper sticks open for any reason, warm air from the refrigerator part of the appliance will find its way to the evaporator, causing excess frost to build up. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you.
