I went on line, found PartSelect, located the diagram for our model, selected the part and ordered it. The part arrived in about 5 days, well packaged. Regarding part for crisper glass -- is there any other part I need to install the glass? Or is it as simple as sliding it in somewhere -- will there be directions?

Thanks for your question. The glass would be the only part needed unless the frame (part number PS5135749) was damaged as well. You can simply slide it into the frame, though be sure to wear gloves to protect your hands from any harm.

How do I remove the crisper pan glass cover so that I can clean under it?

Hello Howie, Thank you for the question. You will need to remove the full shelf with frame from the appliance and let it sit out to warm up to room temperature. Do not submerge in water until it is at room temperature or there is a chance it will shatter. Once removed and warm, you just need to push up from the bottom to lift it out of the frame.
