Water Leak
The inlet valve on my Frig had compression fittings, very easy to use. The part I recieved was threaded, very difficult to find the correct fitting for water line hose 3/8 on inlet side 5/8 on hose side. In the end, I cleaned up old valve, bought a new braided line for house service to frig and the leak has stopped. Not sure if cleaning v

water lines to ice maker and door dispenser replacement
replacing the lines was easy, problem was the drawing on line and the parts list did not show two different size tubing used. had to run out for the 5/16 inche tubing for the water dispenser in the door. got the 1/4 inch tube done in 5 minutes.
Disregard previous. 1. Turn off water supply. 2. Unplug power cord. 3. Remove bottom Panel to access the Solenoid valve. 4. Remove the water lines from the Valve. 5. Remove the Valve from the refrigerator. 6. Remove the electrical connectors from the valve. (make sure the new valve has the connector adap

Water is leaking from tube to the ice maker. Have new tube, how do you disconnect old tube from the single outlet valve and connect the new hose?
For model number GTS18WCMDRCC
Hello John, Thank you for the question. You should be able to pull the tube from the valve coupler. Hope this helps!

I am not able to pull the old tube out of the connector at the back of the freezer. Do I buy a connector for this pet and cut the old tube a bit below the connector to attach? Do I need to also replace the connector that goes in the back of the freezer?
For model number PTS22SHSARSS
Hello Alistair, Thank you for the question. The connector and the tube are sold as one piece and need to be replaced together, PartSelect Number PS895283. We hope this helps!
There is water that freezes in the bottom of the freezer then leaks onto the floor…. I do have the ice maker but never installed it. Did this unit require it?
It also appears that the seal around the bottom freezer has gaps on one side. Checked and the unit is level. Thanks for any help.
For model number GLE12HSPARSS
Hi Beth, thank you for reaching out. You can install the ice maker according to your requirement. The freezing issue can occur because of a faulty freezer gasket. The bottom freezer gasket for your model is part number PS12577775. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Does this hose supply water to the ice maker? The one on my frig is clear/ white/ opaque...the one in this picture looks black. mine is 1/4 in...seems like it should do the trick, right?
For model number TPS24BPD-BS
Hello Jen, thank you for your question. Even though the color of the tube is different this is the OEM replacement part for the Ice Maker Water Line part number WR17X11349 . This is the water line that takes water from the valve to the icemaker itself. I hope this helps!
