Can you tell me if the shaft opening on the back of the knob is "D" shaped or shaped more like an "8"? There seem to be 2 different versions of this knob...1 fits, one does not. Thanks.

How to remove the knobs

Hi Subash, thank you for the question. Based on our research, the knobs compatible with your model are part number PS978976. To remove the knobs, you may need to grip the knob from the top and pull it up to remove it. If this does not work, use a wire or a string to pull it up. Insert the string beneath the knob and pull it up from the other side while gripping the knob and the string simultaneously. We hope this solves your problem!
