Simple repair, part worked great
Our fridge stopped cooling and after some trouble shooting, my Husband identified that the condenser fan was broken. We bought one from partselect.com with same day shipping, but due to COVid19 they estimated it would be 2-3 days. Two days later our part came, my Husband installed it and our refrigerator was back in action! Highly recommend!

Refridge wasent cooling
Very simply remove the dust cover you will see fan in front of condensor it simply slides out unplug the two plugs and then take the time to clean dust with vacum (I used air compressor to blow dust out) reinstall takes about 15 mins total start to finish.

My refrigerator is not cold the temp 62 in the fridge but my freezer is working good
For model number PFE29PSDBSS
Hello Mario, thank you for your question. If the unit is working well otherwise and the only issue is the temperature in the fridge the most likely issue is the temperature sensor PartSelect Number PS304103. We would recommend replacing that part. I hope this helps.

Installed this part but made a rookie move...didn't pay attention to witch direction air should flow, toward coils or away?
Hi Marc, Thank you for the question. The air should flow towards the coils. Hope this helps!

My condenser fan motor isn’t coming on. The compressor is working, and the temperature in the freezer and refrigerator is higher than normal. How can I be sure it is the fan that is faulty, and not the solenoid or circuit board that controls it?
For model number GYE22KMHBES
Hello Ronnie, Thank you for the question. You can test with a Multimeter to check the voltage going to the Fan. If the proper voltage is being sent to the Fan and it is not turning on, the Motor if faulty. We hope this helps!

condenser fan not running, how can I ops check it to make sure it's the fan and just not getting current from some other component also is it a dc or 110 ac motor
For model number GFE29HSDHSS
Hello Robert, Thank you for writing. The Condenser Fan Motor is a DC 13.6 Volt. Set multimeter to lowest ohms setting. Place one probe of your meter to black wire and one lead to the motor housing. Do the same for the other leads. You should have a reading of infinity. We hope this helps, good luck with the repair!

so the fan motor does not get any power, what should I look at next
For model number GFE29HSDHSS
Hello Robert, Thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the wiring connections and the control board next as the fan gets its power from the control board. We hope this helps you.
Our frig was making loud noise and the veg. Bins were moist. Repair service stated fan assembly is out. Which fan assembly should be ordered. Please advice.
For model number GFE29HSDESS
Hello Anila, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched your model and we would recommend checking the freezer evaporator fans, the fresh food evaporator fan, the drain tube and valve, and the door gaskets. You can test the fans with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. Hope this helps!
