Had something plastic inside while on my convection ovens self cleaning mode. Disaster! My oven door inside won’t clean off . White powdery substance stained inside door

Hello Effie, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our research, the white residue can not be removed. This happens when something was left inside the oven when self cleaning. You can try to clean it using a rag and white vinegar, but other than that, the there is no fix to removing the residue. We hope this information helps!
