Looking to replace light in oven. How to remove cap
For model number jt3000sf1ss
Hi Marie,
Thank you for your question. To remove the cover from the light bulb so you can replace it, turn the glass cover counterclockwise 1/4 turn until the tabs of the glass cover clear the grooves of the socket.

I need to replace the bulb in the upper oven of a JT5500SF3SS but cannot discern how the lens cover is supposed to be removed.

Hi Michio, Thank you for your question. The leans would either be kept on by a screw or you would just pop it out of place so that you can change out the bulb. We hope this helps!
