I got a new clear bubble for on the air purge, but how do i attach that to the black plastic base?Thanks!!

The dealer I called to get a primer or air extractor bulb said that I needed the carburetor information to get the right part. Can you please give me an idea of which one I need without me having to disect the carburetor to order a replacement
