The turntable roller guide on the microwave broke in the center, causing the glass plate unable to rotate during cooking time.
I ordered a new turntable roller guide for our GE Profile microwave, and the glass plate returned to normal immediately.

The roller guide broke where it fits over the turning mechanism.
removed the glass turning plate. removed the broken roller guide. replaced with the new one. I am very happy with not only the ease of fixing the problem, but how quickly I got the replacement part. I will use PartSelect again!!! And I will tell my friends.

The Guide Roller attaches to the drive mechanism. The assembly hub had cracked an.d was unable rotate the plate inside the microwave
Simply removed the cracked Guide Roller after finding that there was no way to repair the piece. Upon receipt of the part via FedEx it was a simple matter putting the new part in place. Things work fine.

Base of guide roller was cracked so turntable would not turn

Does this tray roller have a plastic extension on the bottom side of it? Mine is broken and wont turn - but their is an approximately half inch plastic protrusion on the underneath portion of the roller that drops into the bottom of the microwave.

What is the radius of the roller guide from the center to the end of the roller. When i measured on the original part it was about 4.5inches. Want to make certain that the replacement part no: Wb06t10012 (manufacturer's number) is the correct part.

Hello Nausheen, thank you for your question. If the unit is running but not heating the food or turning the tray you will want to check the door switches, turn table motor, fuse, diode and magnetron. I hope this helps!
