At i need is a knob. However this will be the 3rd one that i had to replaced because they are made of plastic do you have a better quality and how much will it cost? I will need 5 of them eventually if you have them can you send one so i can check it out? Thank you ms rose m

Hello Rose, thank you for your question. The burner knob replacement part number is WB03X25796. This is a substituted part from the original, however I believe the manufacturer only makes the part in plastic. I hope this helps!

How does the oven door handle and the lower drawer handle attach?

The lower drawer: Remove the drawer entirely then you can reach the screw inside front that holds the door handle in place. Unscrew and replace the handle. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

You said part #ps244415 (double burner grate) is not stainless steel but it is cast iron or metal. Please tell me is the cast iron and/or the metal black or it the metal a stainless steel like color.
