Broiler coil burnt out
It was just a matter of removing 5 screws that attached the broiler coil to oven top. Then carefully removing coil so as not to cause wires attached to fall into the back of the oven. Needed an extra pair of hands to hold coil while i guided the wires back thru the opening. All that was left to do was to secure the broiler coil to oven. All completed in less then 30 mins. A lot easier then originally thought. And, a lot cheaper then getting a repair person to do the job.

Cracked inner door glass
I removed the door by unclipping the hinges with a screwdriver - very easy. I laid the door on the kitchen island unit on the polystryrene packaging. I removed all of the star bolts. I need not have removed the star bolts around the door hinges as these hold the hinges to the inner frame. The cracked double glazed unit lifted out and was replaced very easily. We took the opportunity to clean all of the parts that don't usually get cleaned - hence the time taken. Reassembly and reattaching the door was very easy. We didn't rush and were very careful in laying the door on a good flat surface. The oven is now good as new. Well done PartSelect for stocking such an old part - $125 to keep the range working perfectly.

Drip pans were filthy after years of overflow from pots during cooking
Luckily I retained the original manual and was able to order the drip pans through your company from the original manufacturer. Be sure range is turned off, lift the burner locking element, then lift the burner a bit. Remove the burner by pulling it, disconnecting it through the opening in the drip pan. Lift out the old drip pan and replace it with the new one. Then reconnect the burner through the opening in the drip pan. Press the burner locking element in place and the job is done

Vent Tube Baked on Mouse Urine Smell
Mice took over trailer, after eliminating mice, and cleaning oven and range thoroughly, I noticed that the only place the mouse urine smell was still coming from was the vent tube. Noticed soiling around tube where it went through and into oven. I removed the center rack, layed some foil to catch any debris that may fall from the tube when it is removed. I removed old vent tube simply by removing the two nut screws on the roof of the oven. I had to pry it out a little bit. I then cut out and soiled insulation with razor knife, I inserted the new vent tube from the inside, and replace 1/4 nut screws and tighten.

Surface element switch failed
Top front sloping sheet metal panel with all controls and plastic end caps has to come off. Need 2 people, one to hold it while other replaces switch. Problem was getting screw holes on bottom ends lined up and cuts from sheet metal edges. Ten minutes to get it apart, 40 to get it back together. New switch works fine.

the broiler burned out
Simply removed the screws from the oven ceiling, there was 2. My 9 year old son did this and then removed the 2 from the back where attached. I had to lean in and remove the last screw in the middle holding the heating element into place. This is all after taking out the oven and unplugging it. Once the screws are removed, it pulls right out from the foam and you "unplug" the 2 electical heat elements attached to both ends of the conduits. Take out broken one and replace new one the same way. This was our first time, repairing an appliance and it went well

Original broil element had broken
Using a set of nut drivers, I unscrewed the element from the back of the stove, I unscrewed the thermometer, and unscrewed the brackets holding the element to the top of the oven compartment.
After the element was free, I pulled it out of the back of the oven, exposing the wiring. Using pliers, I disconnected the two wires, retrieved the new element, and re-connected the wires to the new element.
I reconnected the thermometer, pushed the element back into the oven, reattached it to the back of the oven and the brackets to the top of the oven compartment.
