When washing the shelf insert glass piece, it broke into a million pieces.
The repair was just as easy as ordering the part which arrived on day three after I ordered it! I had already cleaned up the broken glass insert, so all I had to do was unpack and lay the new shelf in. Took less than a minute!

Freezer started icing up. Gasket was torn in places letting air in.
The most difficult task for me was getting old gasket out. I did call for repair help. The service person was most helpful. After almost giving up, one more tug and the gasket started coming out. Next step was cleaning the area. Aligning the gasket correctly made installation easier. I realized right away that I needed to start in a corner. The gasket went in without a hitch. My freezer is like new again. Next installment will be the refrigerator.

!st bin that came was broken when it arrived. It was only wrapped in a plastic bag inside the box. The second bin survived although wrapped the same way.....15 seconds to get it snapped in. Do NOT pull the fridge door shut with one finger on the bin!! LOL

WATER FILTER EXPIRED
REPLACED WITH NEW.
HOWEVER, THE WATER FILTER INDICATOR STILL SAYS
'REPLACE'. THERE IS NO LEAKAGE, BUT IT APPEARS LIKE THE NEW CARTRIDGE IS NOT COMPLETELY INSERTED. I'VE TRIED REMOVING AND REPLACING THE NEW CARTRIDGE SEVERAL TIMES, BUT IT STILL SAYS 'REPLACE'.
INCIDENTALLY, THIS WAS THE SECOND ORDER OF THE CARTRIDGE AND LAST TIME I GOT TWO, AND THEY BOTH FIT FINE! WITH THIS ORDER I GOT JUST ONE.
