FGHI2164QF0 Frigidaire Refrigerator - Instructions

I ordered four bearing hinges and drill holes for the hinges on top and bottom of frezer and fridge doors insert the bearing hinges on the holes and all the other part on the door were able to reversed.

Order parts on sat.afternoon,and got part on Tues.aand installed in less them 2 min.

The part i recieved, from parts select was a larger in circumfrence (<1/4) than the original. However i was not aware of this until after i treid to repair it.

I removed the broken fan from the condenser. This was very sipmle.

When i pluged the refridgerator back in to the outlet the fan tried to start up but soon began to make aloud noise, due to there not being enough clerance.

Turned off water to inlet valve. Unbolted valve from back of unit, disconnect water supply line from valve, disconnected water line to ice maker. Put on new compression ring around water supply line. Pressed ice maker line into new valve, installed valve back on unit, then connected main supply line to valve. Works like a charm.

First I watched the video that provided - extremely helpful - thank you- when the part arrived I removed the drawer and shelf - unscrewed the screw- pushed the slide catches to one side and removed - then I screwed new slide on - pushed to lock in the catches and DONE! Removed drawer. Removed shelve. Flipped shelve over. Removed one screw. Undid tab on each end. Removed bad rail. Replaced with new rail and reversed order. Easy fix.

Can't supply any info that would be helpful. Ordered a " badge" that covered 100% of the scratch and stuck it on. Scratch now covered and problem solved. Thanks for asking.

took back cover off in freezer replaced fan motor put cover back works fine

Took the drawer and shelf out then took the screw out and took the old one out and then put the new one on.

Took out old replaced with new. Now it makes ice

The part arrived on time. I unwrapped it and matched the brackets with the places on the door that fit. I gave it a tap and it was in place. I applied light pressure to make sure it wasn't going to fall out, then filled the bin as before. I was very pleased that the part I ordered was actually the correct piece and fit perfectly.

There is no way to complete the repair with the wrong part, You have had my order since June 22nd, 2020 and the incorrect part arrived October 27th, 2020. You charged $7.79 plus $1.06 tax and $9.95 shipping. Please refund the entire amount including the shipping, since I did not ask you to ship the incorrect amount.

Loosen two screws, unplug power, lift it off, put new one on and make sure water chute is correct place, tighten screws!

Unscrewed (loosen) screws lifted unit out unplugged electrical connection. plugged in unit hung on screws tightened screws and had ice in less then 1 hour. Rick

Put old glass in new frame drop one side under small lip of frame..done..perfect!
