Dispenser Bezel became brittle, so that screws would not hold anymore.
Unscrewed the 4 screws of the old bezel; lifted the bezel out; moved the lid from the old bezel to the new one; set bezel in place and screwed it in with the old screws. Looks and feels like new.

Nasty Mold (standard Maytag issue)
Removing the gasket was very easy. A couple hints on installing (1) attach the gasket to the drum first!! this is the trickiest part but once you get it on, attaching the cable and spring was fairly easy (just used two people and a pair of needle nose pliers). Once you get that on, "lube" up the other side with soap to make install easier.

Moldy Bellows
Basic disassembly as described earlier. Some tips I found helpfull. Use vice grip pliers on spring.it will keep a grip on the spring hook and you can exert more force to pull the spring.Th bellows was very sticky and hard to slip into place. I put a litle silicone lube ( stuff you use for pool pump gaskets )on the bellows. It made it slip into place easly.
