My side by side shelf fronts were cracked
Looked up the part on the partselect diagram, ordered it and it came really quickly. Popped the broken ones out and put the new ones in. 3 shelf bins needed to be replaced
I opened the box with the new bins, replaced the broken ones with the new ones.
the large bins on the door are poorly engineered and the plastic cracks
applied clear plastic packing tape on the inside of the bins to re-enforce the poor construction and hopefully add life to the part. Remove the old part and replaced with fortified part by slipping into place.

Kitchenaid refrigerator shelf frames were cracking, needed replacement
I had to purchase two shelves and adjustable brackets - though I only needed the slidign glass shelves . Customjer service rep was helpful and pleasant, though the replacements shelves did not bear the Kitchenaid Logo or frosted scheme on glass shelves (I requested and was informed that the replacement shelves would match my Superbra) - O

Does the refrigerator bins for inside the refrigerator door come with the clear plastic piece in the front of the bin? Or is they sold separately? I have a door bin on my refrigerator that the clear plastic piece is broken.
