Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
The timer controls most of the operations of the washer: water level, tub filling and emptying, length of cycles, and cycle setting sequences.

Main timmer won't pull out with the knob, will if you reach behind and push the shaft toward you?
For model number 110.20912990
Hi Scott,
Thank you for your question. It sounds like it may not be properly positioned behind the control panel. You should check the supports that hold it in place to verify if it is in the proper position. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Not sure if you keep history of questions so to recap i sent in question regarding a tub that would not drain after cleaning cycle. I thought remedy might be timer and or lid switch which i did order from you. When you replied to my question you recommended replacing the water pump and check drain hoses for blockage. I've since checked all the drain hoses and removed the water pump. I can turn the water pump and can see impeller turning inside, however, there seems to be some resistance. Additional i can turn (with my bare hand) the metal drive shaft which drives the water pump. I have a visual on the impeller and inside of pump as i turn it. I do not see any debris that could be affecting it's operation. I will order the pump if you still feel that is/maybe the issue. Thanks much awaiting your reply.

Hello Mike and thank you for writing.
The water drain pump would be your next step, however as you ordered the timer and lid switch see if that will fix the issue and if it does not then you can replace the pump. We hope this makes sense. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

Timer will not advance to spin cycle
For model number 110 20902991
Hello Marty, thank you for inquiring. For this symptom you will want to consider either the
Lid Switch Assembly part PS11742021 or the Washer Timer part PS11742067. We hope this helps.

After cleaning cycle(agitation) water will not pump out. I manually advance the timer to rinse and or spin and it does nothing with water still in tub. Given the trouble shooting information i have read on this site i determined the remedy was the washer timer or lid switch assembly. I have ordered both. Can you recommend any other possibilities? I considered the cycle selector switch / rotary switch. P/n wp10168257. Thanks.

Hello Mike and thank you for writing.
It seems more likely that the direct drive pump PS11741239 might be damaged and needs to be replaced, however, check your drain hose first to make sure it is not plugged with debris. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
