I get error code HE when running the dishwasher on anything other than the Express cycle. When running a normal cycle the water is cold and the HE code comes up at the end. I thought there would be a heating element to replace, but I can't find anything like that. Does it even have one? Thanks for the help!
For model number LDP6797BD
Hello Heath, thanks for the great question. This error occurs when the unit was unable to heat the water or the water was overheated above 149°F. You can reset this by power-cycling the dishwasher: turn it off, turn off the circuit breaker for 10 seconds, and then turn it back on and power up the dishwasher for a cycle. If this fails to fix the issue, the heater is located in the circulation pump. If you would like assistance placing an order, please contact Customer Service. Good luck with your repair!

An expert answered my previous question about the entire pump assembly with part#PS12076726. I'm more interested in replacing only the motor from that pump assembly. Which motor is compatible with this assembly?
For model number LDT7808SS
Hello Daniel, thank you for your inquiry. The part you mentioned is the drain pump motor with the housing. The motor is not sold separately. We hope this information helps!

I’m getting an OE error and water won’t drain. Is the drain motor the likely issue?
For model number LDF5545BD
Hi Jim, thank you for your inquiry. This error code indicates that the dishwasher may not be draining properly. We would recommend cleaning the drain hose and filter. If it does not help, then you may need to replace the drain pump, part number PS12076726, to solve the problem. Glad to be of help!

For model number LDP6810SS
Hello Michael, Thank you for your inquiry. Checking your model, since the OE error code indicates a drain issue and you have already checked the drain hoses, we would recommend checking the drain filter PS12078011 and the drain pump PS12076726. Good luck with your repair.

Got the "LE" error code. Did not find evidence in blockage in the outlet line to the garbage disposal. Took the machine apart. Tried starting it again after reassembly and I got weird noises, then a loud click and it is dead. Breaker did not trip. Possibly a fuse or breaker inside the machine tripped. Wondering if I should buy the drain pump or a new dishwasher. Help is appreciated.
For model number LDT5678BD
Hi Gene, thank you for reaching out. The error code indicates that the circulation pump motor is locked up. We would suggest checking the circulation pump, part number PS12076782. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Hello Gregory, Thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the drain pump and hoses and we confirm that this is the correct drain pump for your model. Good luck with your repair.
Hey, The dishwasher runs a cycle but has stopped draining. I have tried forcing a drain but it won't do that anymore. Is it the drain pump that has failed as there has been no change to the drain hose. The dishwasher is at least 6 years old. Cheers
For model number LDF5545ST
Hi Nathan, thank you for reaching out. Yes, the issue is most probably because of the drain pump, part number PS12076726. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
