The screw head was stripped and couldn't be extracted with a Phillips head screwdriver
If you do not intend to take apart the oven door to clean the interior glass, I would recommend you use a clamp to hold the handle and oven door tightly together while you replace the screw. There is a spacer between the back and front panels which could otherwise be shifted out of position. I used a screw extractor to remove the damage

Temperature Dial broke for burner
It was so easy. I removed the back panel. Unplugged the switch. Plugged in new switched. Tighten the bolt and put panel back on. I also had a loose handle. What is the size, length of this screw? I have a older wall oven that still works but looks like previous homeowner replaced screw and the little black piece that the handle fits in. I need both.
